We are Lynne Robinson and Richard Lowther, fashion illustrator and sculptor by training and now designers and sign makers. We started ROLO studio several years ago specialising in custom built signage and graphic design for restaurants, shops, galleries and boutique hotels, mainly for clients in our adopted home town of Honfleur in Normandy, France.
As artists we often made presents for friends and family and these included personalised name and number plaques. The positive response to them persuaded us to start producing them commercially so The Number Studio was born in late 2006.
